Shipping Methods and Fees
Our usual shipping method is United Parcel Service. We can ship U.S. Postal Service if requested.
We ship from any one of 4 different shipping warehouses located in Utah, Georgia, Texas or Ohio. Your order will ship from the closest warehouse to your shipping address. Orders will be shipped the same day if order
is placed prior to noon (based on the time zone of your shipping warehouse.) There is no additional fee for this service. Normal shipping time is 2-3 business days.
Our shipping charges are as follows:
$0-$49.99= $6.50
$50.00 + = FREE

Our Customer Satisfaction Policy
We hope that you enjoy each and every product purchased at All Natural Health with Nature's Sunshine. However, should you be disatisfied for any reason please let us know and we will either replace the product or refund your product purchase price.
Please follow the steps below in order to return product to us:

2.) In your email please indicate the following:

4.) The items you wish to return
5.) The reason for your return
6.) The Lot number found on the box or bottle.
7.) Whether you would like a replacement or refund.
We will then reply back to you with a Return Goods number and the address of the warehouse you need to ship the product to.
Safety and Security
All online transactions at All Natural Health with Nature's Sunshine are handled with industry standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption to ensure
safety and privacy of our clientele. Information encrypted with SSL is nearly impossible for unauthorized parties to decode. All major internet stores use this technology,
and it has been approved by VISA, MasterCard and American Express.
Whenever you are on an All Natural Health with Nature's Sunshine store page where your card information is requested or displayed, you'll notice that the Internet address of the page
begins with "http." The "s" in the address means that our secure server has queried your computer's Web browser software and asked it to encrypt all information before transmitting it. When you enter your
credit card number into the order form, it is transmitted across the Internet in an encrypted form, then decoded when it gets to us.
You can also look at the padlock in the bottom left hand corner of your browser window and notice that it is locked and yellow when your information is secured.
For added security, Yahoo store also encrypts the credit card number when it is stored on disk, and also encrypts the number when they forward the information to All Natural Health with Nature's Sunshine.
The card numbers are never kept on file and are destroyed after 30 days.
