Rose Hips

Rose Hips

Description:
Rose Hips [Vital Nutrition] come from the rose plant—they are what remains after the petals fall off.

Historically they have been used as a source of vitamin C and contain other vitamins. The fruit is a rich source of vitamin C and bioflavonoids. However, after drying much of the vitamin C is lost. Rosehips are used to aid assimilation of vitamin C and are useful for persons who cannot tolerate vitamin C supplements. Also take for colds, flu and immune system weakness. Use 1-2 capsules three times daily for prevention , or up to 2 capsules every 2 hours for acute ailments. Rose hips also make a pleasant tasting tea.

Each Rose Hips capsule contains 560 mg rose hips.

Take 2 capsules with a meal three times daily. 100 capsules. Certified Kosher.
